We’re excited to share that after nearly two decades as an in-house lawyer, Serge Todorovich has returned to private practice as a Partner in Paul Hastings’ Investment Funds & Private Capital Practice. Serge counsels fund sponsors and institutional investors on the formation and operation of credit and hedge funds, alongside regulatory, financing, and structured product matters.
