About the event

Join us for a CLE in partnership with the Orthodox Christian Attorney Network (OCAN) on Labor and Employment Trends in 2026.

This event is designed to provide our members with a deeper understanding of the key trends and challenges in labor and employment law in 2026.

Whether you’re an in-house counsel, HR professional, private practitioner, or simply interested in labor and employment law developments, this session is an excellent opportunity to learn about this area of the law. We look forward to seeing you there!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our session will feature accomplished labor and employment attorney:

David Nikolic, Associate Attorney at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PC

David will provide an inside look at emerging trends shaping the workplace in 2026, discussing key developments in employment litigation, labor relations, and the evolving challenges employers face in today's dynamic legal landscape.

David represents employers in a wide range of complex workplace matters, including class actions and single plaintiff lawsuits involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims, as well as non-compete agreements and trade secret disputes. His labor practice includes collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and strike contingency planning.

The presentation will also include a live Q&A session, giving you the chance to gain practical insights into the future of labor and employment law.
